The case for one engagement.

Most organizations assemble this themselves: a development shop, a consultant, a law firm, and an accountant, none of whom speak to one another. Coordinating them becomes your job.

We take that on. The four leads work from a common brief under a single relationship partner, so legal knows what technology is building and advisory knows what growth has committed. You explain a matter once.

One point of contact

A relationship partner holds the whole picture and is reachable directly. You never brief the same matter twice.

Specialists who share a file

The leads meet on your affairs together. Work that spans two disciplines is handled inside one team.

Nothing falls between

If a matter sits outside every line's definition, it's still ours. We don't return a question because it was addressed to the wrong department.

Discretion as the default

Every engagement is confidential. We don't publish client names, case studies, or logos.

Life as a member.

An engagement is continuous, and it carries a calendar of its own.

01

The annual retreat

Members convene once a year with the leads of every line and a small number of invited guests. Two days, off the record.

02

Private briefings

Quarterly sessions on what we're seeing across capital markets, regulation, and technology. Held in person where numbers permit.

03

Special engagements

Work taken on outside the standing scope at a member's request. A diligence exercise that appears overnight, or a matter that can't wait for a statement of work.

04

Standing counsel

A direct line to every lead. Calls aren't billed by the minute.

05

The house table

Introductions between members, made only when both sides want them.

Leadership.

The lines are held by partners who run these disciplines inside Spectra. They're who you deal with directly.

Part of Spectra Capital.

Spectra Private is the private client arm of Spectra Capital, an investment firm that runs multiple funds with a systematic, technology-driven approach to private credit.

The disciplines we offer were built to serve the firm's own funds first. The technology, the counsel, the books, and the growth work all existed inside Spectra before they were offered outside it, and they are held to the standard of a regulated investment adviser.

Admission.

By introduction

We take on a small number of relationships each year, and almost always through someone we already work with. An introduction is the surest route, though a direct enquiry is read.

A conversation first

Before anything is scoped, we spend time on what you're actually trying to do. That conversation carries no obligation.

Fees set privately

Terms follow the shape of the engagement and are discussed in person.

Make an enquiry.

Tell us who introduced you, or what prompted you to write. Everything sent here is read by a partner and held in confidence.
